About this site

Until just recently, there wasn't a concept a feel confrontable with to describe my experience in both data engineering and DevOps, now there is: DataOps!

In this site I going to share my experience working with real-world data engineering projects but I'll do my best to incorporate DevOps principles into the mix!

My intention is to use the exact same solution I applied in real-situations, explain the relational behind it, the technical solution implemented, tools and techniques used so you, with all this elements, use it or even better, improve upon it!

My name is Hector Sven, it has been almost 20 years since I graduated from college as an IT Engineer and I have been working ever since for many different companies and industries; facing all sorts of problems, overcoming challenges, dealing with people, embracing multicultural environments I grew a body of knowledge that I think is worth sharing.

My background is on the area of Data Engineering and with a few exceptional projects, working with Microsoft Technologies, last 8 years I have been working with Azure cloud-ecosystem, I have 6 associate certifications on data-related technologies and a DevOps expert ... visit my linked in profile

I would like this to be me humble attempt to share something back to the community that has been giving me so much over this time; it seems like someone, somewhere at some point decided to share something that help me solve a problem, this is my personal way to say "thanks" to all that people, hope you find something useful here.
